What is your cancellation/no-show policy?
You must cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment date. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your booked service. No shows are charged 100% of the booked service. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be charged the no-show fee (100%) and asked to reschedule. If needed, any and all services booked must be changed 48 hours in advance. Any appointment booked the day before or day of are automatically booked within the cancellation policy, and are subject to charges according to policy. Kindly note that when a service is booked, the time allotted is reserved for you specifically.
If you are not feeling well, whether you are covid negative or not, please reschedule your appointment prior to your scheduled time with as much notice as possible. Lft Clb reserves the right to refuse service if you show up to your appointment with cold/flu symptoms, and a cancellation fee will be charged.
How long does a lash or brow lift last?The lift to your hairs last between 6-8 weeks. Results vary per person based on lifestyle and aftercare.
